Add an Airplane Single Engine Sea (ASES) rating to your existing Private or Commercial pilot certificate in as little as 3 days!

There’s no experience like landing an airplane on water and exploring a world of aviation that only 3% of pilots are a part of. During your ASES training, you’ll learn how to safely operate an amphibious aircraft on water, land and in the air, all while adding a valuable skill while exploring Florida’s natural beauty!

Airplane Single Engine Sea Eligibility Requirements:

  • Valid government issued photo ID

  • Valid 3rd class (or higher) medical certificate or BasicMed

  • Hold a Private Pilot Certificate or higher

  • Current Flight Review

Seaplane Add-On Course

Our seaplane add-on course is a 3-day program with a practical exam scheduled within the same week. The course includes:

  • Seaplane Study Guide

  • 1-on-1 Seaplane Ground School

  • 8 Hours of Dual Flight Training in our
    Amphib PA-18 Super Cub

    *Price does not include DPE fee or aircraft rental for practical exam. Additional flight and ground instruction charged at posted rates.
